Cookie Policy
This cookie policy explains which cookies the Rehab Lab B.V. website uses, what they are used for and how you can change your choices. It supplements our privacy statement, which describes how we handle personal data in general.
What are cookies?
A cookie is a small file that is sent along with pages of this website and stored by your browser on your computer, tablet or phone. Some cookies are needed for the website to work; others are only placed if you give permission.
Your choice
When you first visit our website, a cookie banner asks for your consent. Functional cookies are always active. Other cookies are only placed after you accept them. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time via the button below. Withdrawing consent does not affect cookies placed before the moment of withdrawal.
Cookies we use
Functional cookies (always active)
These cookies are necessary for the basic functions of the website, such as remembering your cookie choices and your language. They do not track you and do not require consent.
| Cookie | Purpose | Retention |
|---|---|---|
cmplz_functional, cmplz_preferences, cmplz_statistics, cmplz_marketing | Store the choices you made in the cookie banner. | 365 days |
cmplz_banner-status, cmplz_policy_id, cmplz_consented_services | Remember whether the cookie banner was closed and which version of this policy you consented to. | 365 days |
pll_language | Remembers the language you chose for the website. | 1 year |
Statistics cookies
We currently do not use statistics or analytics cookies. If we start doing so, we will update this policy and ask for your consent first.
Marketing and third-party cookies
Some parts of the website are provided by other companies. These companies may place their own cookies when you use that part of the website. We have no control over these cookies; the privacy and cookie policy of the company concerned applies.
- Calendly — used for booking a demo. The Calendly scheduling window is only loaded after you have accepted marketing or statistics cookies; without consent, the booking link opens on the Calendly website. See the Calendly privacy notice.
- YouTube (Google) — the exercise videos on our website are embedded using YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com). YouTube does not place cookies when the page loads, but may place cookies and collect data once you play a video. See the Google privacy policy.
We do not use cookies for advertising or to build advertising profiles.
Other external services
Our website loads its fonts from Google Fonts. No cookies are placed for this, but your browser does connect to Google’s servers, which means your IP address is shared with Google. The links to our LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook pages are ordinary links: these platforms only place cookies once you visit their websites.
Deleting cookies
You can delete cookies at any time via the settings of your browser. After deleting them, the cookie banner will appear again on your next visit. Refusing or deleting cookies may mean that some parts of the website, such as the demo booking window or the videos, do not work as intended.
Changes and questions
Rehab Lab B.V. may amend this cookie policy, for example when we add or change services on our website. The most recent version is always available on this page. If you have questions about this cookie policy, please contact us via support@rehablab.nl.
